Architectural Review Requests-

If you are planning to make material changes to your condo, please fill out the Alteration/Modification Request Form in advance of beginning any work. These changes would include windows, hurricane shutters, flooring, structural changes, renovations, etc. You will find this form by clicking the P.O.H.A menu. The form must be completed and submitted to the POHA office. Management will forward your request to the ARC (Architectural Review Committee) for review and approval. You must submit completed form, specifications of work, certificate of insurance & license for contractor. Once the ARC has approved the request, then you may begin your project.
