Please send hard copy of the Estoppel WITH payment of $150.00. ($225.00 for RUSH* Estoppels)- payable to Collier Financial, Inc., and mail to the address noted below: 

*Rush Estoppels will be completed and returned to you within 24 Hours of receiving the Estoppel form and payment. (Estoppels received on Friday will be returned on Monday).
